Canadian Customers: All Canadian orders are shipped from Canada.
United States Customers: USA addressed orders are shipped from the USA or Canada depending on the availability of the product.
International Customers residing outside North America: International orders addressed to residences outside North America are shipped from Canada.
If for any reason we are unable to fill your order, we will advise you by email, phone, or fax.
Shipping charges will be added to each product ordered. Kinetic Athletic continually strives to offer our clients the lowest costs for shipping.
All products will be shipped packaged in cardboard boxes or cushioned envelopes.
Once your product is packaged and shipped, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the reference number in order to track your package.
Our shipping carrier in Canada is Canada Post.
Our Shipping Carrier in the USA is either Fed Ex, UPS, and U.S. Post. Estimated shipping is 4-7 days for most orders. If quicker service is required, please contact us and correct pricing will be calculated for these orders.
A few of the heavier items require different shipping costs/shipping methods and we will contact our clients directly to explain these costs.

Shipping & Handling (S&H) Rates:
$9.99 flat rate shipping and handling (some limitations may apply) on sports training product delivered to Canada and the United States of America.

Kinetic Athletic guarantees the purchase of your merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Contact us to determine the type of refund you would like. The client has the option of a refund of their money for the full product price, an exchange of the item, or a credit towards future purchases. A return/credit account number will be issued.
Return the item(s) in the same condition as purchased along with ALL original packaging and receipts. The item(s) must be returned with shipping charges prepaid. COD returns cannot be accepted. Sorry, initial and return shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
Once the product is received and inspected, your refund, exchange, or credit will be issued.
Kinetic Athletic will refund all shipping/handling charges due to shipping errors by Kinetic Athletic or defects in products.
