Kinetic Athletic Inc. is a Canadian based corporation. To better serve our international clientele outside of Canada, we have initiated our 'Go Global!' program.

Kinetic Athletic's 'Go Global!' program processes international orders. Kinetic Athletic offers service to the following international countries/territories:

United States of America (All 50 U.S. States). All orders with U.S.A. shipping addresses are mailed from the U.S.A.. Customers with U.S.A. mailing addresses can process orders via Kinetic Athletic's online store 24/7, call Toll Free 1-877-711-3223 8am-6pm CST Monday to Friday, and/or fax 1-218-331-2287 24/7. Kinetic Athletic Incorporated has partnered with USA based manufacturers. All USA orders are shipped from the USA via a domestic courier. Kinetic Athletic partners utilize Fed Ex, UPS, and the United States Postal Service for shipping of orders to U.S.A. based customers. No taxes or custom fees are incurred by ordering from Kinetic Athletic Incorporated. U.S.A. based customers' orders are tax and duty free! Just pay for the product and shipping/handling charges.

European Countries. All orders with European shipping addresses must be processed via e-mail admin@kineticathletic.ca, phone Toll Free 1-877-711-3223 8am-6pm CST Monday to Friday, and/or fax 1-218-331-2287. Kinetic Athletic's onliine store cannot process orders with addresses outside Canada and the U.S.A. Please provide Kinetic Athletic with the items that you would like to purchase and the destination address for the order. Kinetic Athletic will provide a quote for the product and shipping/handling charges for the order. Orders with European addresses must be paid in full prior to shipment of the order. Orders may be paid via Visa, MasterCard, and/or PayPal. Overseas orders can be shipped via Surface or Air Mail. European orders are tax free! (not subject to Canadian retail tax). Duty may be due upon delivery of an order to a European country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the duty.

Important Points of Information Regarding International Orders:

International orders are not subject to Canadian retail tax. International orders are tax free!

All orders are processed in Canadian currency. The transaction will be seen on your credit card as an international transaction in Canadian currency. Kinetic Athletic accepts Visa and Mastercard at our online store.

Please inquire about using PayPal as a payment method for international orders. It can be processed with assistance from our office staff.

In the event of a return, please call our Toll Free number at 1-877-711-3223. One of our representatives will issue a return id. The returned product can be mailed to our U.S.A. hub for U.S.A. customers. International customers outside Canada and the U.S.A. may return orders to our Canadian head office.
